Enliven social care was created to enable and facilitate service users to achieve maximum quality of life irrespective of age, disability, cultural, spiritual, sexual, linguistic or religious individuality and to cater for individuals with special needs, mental health disabilities, homelessness and people seeking refuge from abuse.

Our service offers and equips service users with life skills to help them achieve their full potential and help them live a fulfilling life.

Accommodations

Our accommodation offers safe and secure living environments where individuals can learn, grow and develop whilst being supported by specialised support teams.

How It Works

1. From the Initial EnquiryList Title 1
From the time you make an initial enquiry, you will be allocated a support worker who will help design a plan that is suited to your needs. Your support worker will also help you answer all your questions regarding Supported Living, our services and other services which might be beneficial to you.

2. Make your own choice
You can choose who you want to live with, choose your accommodation and design your own care package. We are only here to support you and not make any decisions for you so that you can take full control of your life.

3. Set your own goals and activities
You can set your own goals and what activities you would like to participate in. Our aim is to ensure you do not miss out on the things you love; whether its football, dancing, movies or mountain climbing – we are there to support you.
